By using pagii.id ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. The Website is operated by PT Pagii Digital Kreatif ("PAGII", "we", "us").

You may browse the Website and share its pages for personal or business reference. You agree not to:

The Website's content - text, design, graphics, code and the PAGII name and logo - belongs to PAGII unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and project materials shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and are shown with permission or for reference only.
04Project Work
These Terms cover the Website only. Any project, development or campaign work is governed by a separate written agreement between PAGII and the client, which takes priority over these Terms for that work.
05Information on the Website
We keep the Website accurate and up to date, but its content is provided for general information and "as is". Portfolio descriptions summarise past work and are not an offer or a guarantee of results.
06Links to Other Websites
The Website links to client websites, live campaigns and other services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
07Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PAGII is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website.
08Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled by discussion in good faith; if that fails, they fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Tangerang.
