01Who We Are
This website is operated by PT Pagii Digital Kreatif ("PAGII", "we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia and based in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. We handle personal data in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
This policy covers pagii.id only. Campaign platforms we build for clients are covered by that client's own privacy policy - see the Data Handling page for how we work in that role.
02Data We Collect
We keep what we collect to a minimum:
- Messages you send us: your name, email address or phone number, company and whatever you write, when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site running and secure.
- Usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (country or city), device and browser, collected through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
03How We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To prepare and carry out an agreement with you or your company.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (only with your consent).
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We rely on your consent, on steps taken before entering a contract, on our legitimate interest in running the business, and on legal obligations, as allowed under the UU PDP.
04Cookies and Third Parties
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site - which pages are viewed, for how long, and from which kind of device. It sets cookies only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner; until then, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of every page.
We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Links to WhatsApp, client websites and other services take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
05Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business - such as hosting, email and messaging - under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside Indonesia. When that happens, we make sure the transfer meets the requirements of the UU PDP.
06How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and up to two years after our last contact. Project and billing records are kept for as long as Indonesian law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
07Your Rights
Under the UU PDP you may:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, or to stop or limit processing.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Send your request to hello@pagii.id. We will reply within the time the law requires.
08Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
09Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
