PAGII was tasked with transforming a nationwide mortgage referral program that was previously managed through manual spreadsheets and fragmented communication.

We engineered a secure, scalable B2B CRM designed to streamline the relationship between external property brokers, internal sales forces, and area management. This massive operational scale is managed through 6 strict user-role hierarchies. The result is a high-performance system that guarantees data transparency, operational speed, and secure reward fulfillment.

Multi-Role Operational Workflow

Hierarchical Mapping & Data Sovereignty.
We mapped the complex matrix of Area Managers, Sales Specialists, and external Brokers into 6 rigid user roles. Data sovereignty is enforced; Sales Specialists only see their referrals, Area Managers monitor their assigned regions, and Super Admins oversee the entire enterprise lifecycle.
