We built a centralized digital ecosystem with zero-prompt logic, meaning the system automatically triggers workflows based on data state changes, removing manual bottlenecks.
The platform features robust anti-fraud controls (OWASP Top 10) and comprehensive data sanitization (PII-Safe) before processing.
Hierarchical Mapping & Data Sovereignty.
We mapped the complex matrix of Area Managers, Sales Specialists, and external Brokers into 6 rigid user
roles. Data sovereignty is enforced; Sales Specialists only see their referrals, Area Managers monitor
their assigned regions, and Super Admins oversee the entire enterprise lifecycle.
Eliminating Stagnation with Time-Based Logic.
To guarantee service velocity, the system monitors referral stagnation. If a Sales Specialist does
not act on a high-value lead within a predefined timeframe (T-Hours), the system automatically
triggers a tiered escalation.
Converting Approved Loan Volume to Tangible Rewards.
The core logic calculates points based on Approved Loan Volume, tiers, and agent history. Our custom
rules engine handles complex multiplication algorithms (Zero-Prompt Logic).
